Training and Feedback
If you would like guidance on how to use any of our tools or would like to provide feedback, please send us an email identifying the names of the tools in question. Please note that training materials for our new Tableau tools are included in the Finance and Human Resources tool pages (see Resources and Supports).
Access
Please note that information contained in our platform is sensitive, and therefore, access is only granted to appropriate individuals as authorized by hospitals’ Local Registration Authorities (LRAs). If you have secured approval to access specific tools through the LRA process and are having difficulty accessing the tools, please send us an email identifying the names of the tools in question.
Logging in as an authorized user - Based on your role within your organization, your hospital’s Local Registration Authority (LRA) has authorized your access to applications within the platform. Please note that not all authorized users have access to the full suite of applications. Your LRA is responsible for managing employee access to the various applications available on the platform, ensuring that only appropriate individuals within your hospital have access.
As an authorized user, you can use your email address and OHA.com password to access the platform. If you have forgotten your password, please click here for instructions on how to reset it.
Requesting access to applications - Individuals who do not currently have authorized access to an application will be required to complete the ‘Request Access’ form. The LRA will receive a copy of the request and advise the OHA whether access should be granted, which will then be communicated to the requester.
