On Saturday, May 9, W5 aired a story in which Investigative Correspondent Avery Haines detailed the intense and emotional day-to-day experiences in Southlake's Intensive Care Unit. Haines spent a few days behind the scenes in Southlake's ICU to see what it's like to care for patients with COVID-19.
