Ontario is one province that is implementing a variety of payment reforms, particularly to institutional providers. Integrated and bundled care is an important component of these reforms. The extent and focus of the implementation of bundled care and payment can vary widely – and there is much that Ontario can learn from the path already taken by early adopters.
