The OHA's peer benchmarking initiative marks the next phase of the OHA's efforts to support members with modernizing patient experience measurement.
Through peer-to-peer transparency, the new benchmarking initiative will enable hospitals to collectively work towards enhancing the care experience for patients and their families. For the first time, Ontario hospitals will be able to compare themselves to peers and drill down to an individual question level across 18 standardized surveys used in various clinical settings. Hospitals participating in the OHA-led program using Qualtrics XM are eligible to participate in this initiative.
The OHA thanks the patient experience teams at the four benchmarking pilot sites for their support and generosity in testing the uniquely engineered solution.
