Based on the results of the Ontario Hospital Association's (OHA) annual Research Salary Survey of Ontario organizations with research facilities, this customizable and robust dashboard enables organizations to benchmark against industry standards and compare compensation against all research facilities. The OHA's surveys are vetted by an advisory committee of hospital representatives to ensure the relevance of questions and the veracity of results.
The dashboard includes results from the 2024 Research Salary Survey of 29 participating Ontario organizations with research facilities. It also provides reliable and up-to-date information on market pay levels and pay practices for research jobs typical in the industry including research analysts, scientists, statisticians, veterinarians, and technicians. It presents compensation data reported for 40 benchmark jobs, covering a range of research positions within the hospital community as well as the broader university academic community.
Access to this dashboard is exclusively for authorized users of Ontario hospital members and survey participants from Ontario research facilities and academic institutions. Non-participating organizations can purchase access to the dashboard.
