Based on the results of the Ontario Hospital Association's (OHA) annual Research Salary Survey, this customizable and robust dashboard enables organizations to benchmark against industry standards and compare compensation against all research facilities. The OHA's surveys are conducted annually and vetted by an advisory committee of hospital representatives to ensure the relevance of questions and the veracity of results.
While the dashboard is currently in development, the results from the 2024 Research Salary Survey of 29 participating Ontario organizations with research facilities are available for purchase by non-hospital organizations that did not participate in the survey. The spreadsheet provides reliable and up-to-date information on market pay levels and pay practices for research jobs typical in the industry including research analysts, scientists, statisticians, veterinarians, and technicians. It presents compensation data reported for 40 benchmark jobs, covering a range of research positions within the hospital community as well as the broader university academic community.
Authorized Ontario hospital members currently have access to this information. Discounted pricing is available for OHA Associate and Affiliate Members. Non-members may also purchase the information online.
