The OHA's surveys are vetted by an advisory committee of hospital representatives to ensure the relevance of questions and the veracity of results.
The dashboard includes results from the 2024 Non-Management Salary Survey. It provides reliable and up-to-date information on market pay levels and pay practices for 197 non-management-level healthcare and other jobs typical in the industry. The surveyed positions cover a range of non-management administrative, technical, service, and health care professional jobs.
