Based on the results of the Ontario Hospital Association's (OHA) annual Management Salary Survey, this customizable and robust dashboard enables organizations to benchmark against industry standards. You can compare compensation against all hospitals or filter the data by organization type, size, and geography. The OHA's surveys are conducted annually and vetted by an advisory committee of hospital representatives to ensure the relevance of questions and the veracity of results.
While the dashboard is currently in development, the results from the 2024 Management Salary Survey of 105 participating Ontario hospitals are available for purchase by non-hospital organizations. The spreadsheet provides reliable and up-to-date information on market pay levels and pay practices for 112 middle management healthcare and other jobs typical in the industry. The surveyed positions include benchmark jobs listed under Band C (director-level), Band D (manager-level), and Band E (supervisor-level) in finance, HR, IT, nursing, nutrition and food services, pharmacy, quality and risk management.
Authorized Ontario hospital members currently have access to this information. Discounted pricing is available for OHA Associate and Affiliate Members. Non-members may also purchase the information online.
