The Ontario Hospital Association (OHA) conducted the Health Human Resources (HHR) Workforce Survey in the fall of 2021 and the spring of 2022 to capture key HHR indicators, such as vacancy and turnover rates, and hard to fill roles. This survey also supplements the annual HR Benchmarking Survey. This information is being collected more frequently to inform the OHA's advocacy approach for the year ahead and highlight immediate priorities for how to best address HHR challenges.
Results from the HHR Workforce Survey are available at the job class level through this interactive dashboard. You can also filter results by Ontario Health region and hospital type. The dashboard is accessible to hospital CEOs, CFO, CHROs, and other approved individuals.
