Built for the needs of Finance and Decision Support users, the Ontario Healthcare Reporting Standards (OHRS) Miner tool gives you the ability to identify areas of inefficiency in terms of cost and performance via benchmarking and variance analysis. You'll gain a better understanding of the different areas in the organization at a cost-per-unit level and the proportion of the total expense cost being utilized. Furthermore, you can benchmark your organization's performance relative to its peers and understand your organization's variance from custom percentile scores, across the OHRS based indicators, providing greater visibility into hospital performance.
You can also drill down on the OHRS core indicators at the MIS functional centre level to know which specific functional centre is underperforming or overperforming and compare performance in relation to peers over time.
