Sharing Integrated Health Partner Data
In early 2021, the OHA enriched its data and analytics offerings by acquiring Integrated Decision Support (IDS). IDS is a leading collaborative solution for sharing integrated health partner data, offering viable and effective tools that give providers a line of sight into the longitudinal patient journey across the continuum of care. Access to system-wide data through its data sharing platform empowers providers to work side-by-side with local and regional partners to improve outcomes and care delivery for their shared patients and clients.
Patient Experience Measurement
The OHA manages an umbrella contract on behalf of Ontario's hospitals for the provision of patient survey instruments and data collection and reporting services. Recently, we've taken steps to enhance hospitals' access to effective patient experience measurement tools and are currently in the process of transitioning to a new patient experience measurement provider.
