Nancy Naylor
Board Member
Nancy Naylor served in the Ontario Public Service for over 35 years. She served as the Deputy Minister of Education for five years, and as the Associate Deputy Minister of Health for three years. She also served in senior leadership roles in the Ministries of Finance and Colleges and Universities. Her accomplishments included leading major projects in funding, labour relations, infrastructure, information technology and public policy.
Nancy holds degrees from McMaster University and Carleton University. She has completed executive education programs at Ivey Business School, Harvard Business School and the Rotman School of Management.
Nancy is a board member of Seneca College, the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) and the Dias, a public policy think tank based at Toronto Metropolitan University, as well as a past board member of CIHI and the Public Policy Forum.
