Nadia Facca
Board Member
Nadia is the President and CEO of Rural Roads Health Services – a newly formed organization as a result of full integration of Alexandra Hospital, Ingersoll, and Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital. She has been in the CEO role since 2022. Born and raised in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Nadia is a licensed pharmacist with the Ontario College of Pharmacists; and holds a Masters of Health Studies from Athabasca University as well as a Bachelor Degree in Biology/Chemistry from Lakehead University and Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of Toronto.
Nadia earned her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from McGill University. She is a member of the Canadian College of Health Leaders and received the Certified Health Executive (CHE) designation in 2022. She completed an “Excellence in Executive Leadership" certification program through the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto in 2025.
Nadia has served on the Ontario College of Pharmacists Board as an elected Board Member; and on the Quality Committee of the Thames Valley Family Health Team. In her local community, she has provided leadership to a School Council and the London Regional Artistic Swimming Club.
Nadia enjoys coaching and mentoring health care professionals aspiring to be in health care leadership and has recently provided mentorship formally to Masters students at Western University.
In her current position, she has joined many regional committees in the spirit of improving the health care system. Nadia also serves as the co-chair of the Ontario Hospital Association's Small, Rural and Northern Hospital network.
Nadia is passionate about the delivery of high quality, evidence based, data-driven care; enhancement of the overall patient and family experience; optimization of the system delivery of care, and leading her team to excellence in organizational performance.
