Domenic Belmonte

Domenic Belmonte is a Partner in Canada's PwC Consulting practice. He has over 30 years of public sector experience in Canada and globally, both as a consultant and public servant, and is recognized for his expertise in government program operations and service delivery, strategy, governance, and organizational development. He specializes in complex enterprise transformation initiatives that include large-scale program, technical and organizational change within public sector organizations.
Domenic has held several leadership roles within PwC Consulting, including Ontario Public Sector Market Leader, PwC Global Education Leader, member of the Consulting Leadership Team leading National Management Consulting and Markets, and most recently, as National Community Safety and Justice Leader.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, and a Master of Public Administration from Queen's University.
