David Graham
Board Member
David Graham is the President and CEO of Scarborough Health Network (SHN), Canada's leading community teaching health network. Prior to his tenure as President and CEO, David served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer.
David has an exceptional background in hospital administration and has held progressive positions with St. Joseph's Health Centre in Toronto, moving from Vice President, Corporate Services and Chief of Planning and Development to Vice President, Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer for the new health network with St. Joseph's, St. Michael's Hospital, and Providence Healthcare.
David's extensive public sector experience also includes seven years with Mohawk College in Hamilton, where he served as Vice President, Finance and Corporate Services.
In addition to holding an Executive MBA from the Ivey School of Business, David has an MBA from the Odette School of Business and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
David's demonstrated expertise in governance, accountability, change management, and strategic leadership has helped position SHN as one of Canada's leading community-based health systems. Combined with his strong financial and business acumen, he has led the successful implementation of SHN's inaugural strategic plan and continues to drive transformative initiatives, including the Scarborough Academy of Medicine and Integrated Health and the Scarborough Research Institute.
