Andrew Williams is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance (HPHA), a voluntary, singularly governed alliance of the hospitals in Clinton, St. Marys, Seaforth, and Stratford.

His 34 years of health care leadership experience has spanned small, community, teaching and research hospitals, the community sector, regional systems, private clinics, and international health care. Andrew is a strong advocate for integrating services around the unique needs of the population and led the HPHA's engagement as one of close to 70 partner organizations comprising the Huron Perth & Area Ontario Health Team (OHT), one of the province's most comprehensive OHTs that includes long-term care, community care providers, and all primary care providers. Andrew's commitment to the system also resulted in the province's first multi-sector accreditation, through Accreditation Canada, focusing on standardizing processes and practices across sectors.

Andrew is a strong community supporter, notably with the United Way, and was recently recognized through Rotary International as a Paul Harris Fellow. He is also an active Member of the Canadian College of Healthcare Leaders and the American College of Healthcare Executives and is a Surveyor with Accreditation Canada.

Andrew holds an Honours Degree in Biology and Master's in Health Services Administration, both from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
