​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The Physician Leadership Committee brings together physician leaders from hospitals across the province to collaborate on common physician-related issues. The commitee provides strategic advice to the OHA on matters that impact hospital-based practice in Ontario. It also supports the OHA in its mission to enhance physician engagement and hospital-physician relationships by developing trust and a collaborative culture among health professionals to build a better health system. 

The committee Chair is Dr. Winnie Lee, Chief of Staff, Cambridge Memorial Hospital. The Vice Chair is Dr. Irfan Dhalla, Vice President, Clinical Programs and Equity.
