​Since the publication of the QCIPA Review Committee Report, the OHA has sought the input and expertise of hospital leaders and health care professionals, patient and family advisors, and health system partners to develop targeted guidance documents, a foundational toolkit, and educational resources, to support change efforts associated with the implementation of the QCIPA review recommendations.
