​​​​On August 31, 2022, the provincial government passed Bill 7: More Beds, Better Care Act, 2022, and on September 14, 2022, the Ministry of Health (Ministry) posted the related regulatory amendments under Bill 7, with effective dates of September 21, 2022 and November 20, 2022. 

This resource page was created to share current member resources on Bill 7, which is part of the Ontario government's five-point plan to address Ontario’s urgent need to stabilize the health and long-term care sectors and preserve hospital capacity.
