Based on the results of the Ontario Hospital Association's (OHA) annual Administrative Physician Compensation Survey, this customizable and robust dashboard enables organizations to benchmark against industry standards. You can compare compensation against all hospitals or filter the data by organization type, size, and geography. The OHA's surveys are vetted by an advisory committee of hospital representatives to ensure the relevance of questions and the veracity of results.
The dashboard includes results from the 2024 Administrative Physician Compensation Survey of 50 participating Ontario hospitals and provides reliable and up-to-date information on market stipends and practices for administrative physicians. It presents stipend and time commitment data reported for 81 administrative physician benchmark positions at the levels of Chief of Staff, Program Chief, Chief/Top Medical Executive-Medical Doctor/VP Medical Affairs, Department Heads/ Department Chiefs, Division Heads, and Medical Directors.
This dashboard is accessible by authorized users of all Ontario hospitals. Other organizations can purchase access to the dashboard.
