Board Member​

Michael Iacovelli is the CEO of Ben Machine Products and Macfab Manufacturing, manufacturers of cutting-edge aerospace, medical, defence and high-tech components in the GTA with over 220 employees, 100 CNC machines, and multiple locations. 

Michael is the former Chair of the Board of Directors at Humber River Health. He is the Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Aerospace Council, holding the office of Secretary. He is also a director on the Board of Directors of CADSI, the Canadian Association of Defence and Security Industries, and a director on the board of the YMCA of Greater Toronto. Finally, Michael is a director on the Advisory Board of CES Transformers. Michael holds an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. 

Michael has been a lawyer since 1996, having centred his practice on the areas of corporate law and commercial litigation before moving into corporate managerial positions and becoming an expert in manufacturing for the aerospace, medical, defence, and high-tech industries. He is the author of three published legal books and has taught at various institutions.
