The Mental Health and Addiction Provincial Leadership Council (MHA Council) was established in March 2005 with a mandate to advise the OHA on issues affecting mental health and addictions in Ontario. The Council communicates to the OHA Board, government and other stakeholders on issues impacting mental health and addictions, as well as provides a forum for shared communication and education among members.
