OHA 2006 Pre-Budget Presentation to the Standing Committee on Finance and Economic Affairs


Today, OHA Board Chair Garry Cardiff and OHA President and CEO Hilary Short presented the OHAs’ 2006 Ontario Budget recommendations to the Standing Committee on Finance and Economic Affairs (SCFEA) of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario.

Topics raised during the presentation included:

  • Hospital Accountability Agreements;
  • Working capital deficits;
  • Hospital capital renewal, and;
  • The need to invest in e-Health technologies.
