The OHA has written the Ministry in regards to the October 15 deadline for responding to the questions posted on the Health System Transformation website on October 6.
They do not wish to formally extend the deadline but have indicated that they very much want to hear what hospitals have to say in response to the questions:
1. What examples of healthcare integration already exist in your LHIN are?
2. What are the critical success factors for the successful implementation of the LHIN in your area?
3. What role can you and your organization play in collaboration with the Ministry as the LHIN planning work continues in your area?
You are encouraged to respond – if it is impossible to do so by October 15, please send your response as soon as you can.
