Supply Chain Strategies and Initiatives
Part of the Ontario Hospital Association's (OHA) mission is to champion innovation and performance improvement through knowledge transfer, education and advocacy.
The OHA is working on several fronts to support our members in improving the methods and processes by which supplies and products reach clinicians and ultimately patients.
Within a broader framework of introducing and fostering supply chain management excellence within Ontario’s hospital community the OHA is focused on leveraging leading practices to enhance patient care and safety through improved service levels, reduced operating costs, improved purchasing strength, and the introduction of supply chain standards.
