The Patient Safety department provides an inventory of Coroner’s Reports specifically relevant to hospitals. Reports listed here relate either to deaths that have occurred in hospitals or are part of a coroner’s jury in inquests where recommendations were directed at hospitals. Although coroner’s jury recommendations are not legally binding, hospitals may wish to review and consider their findings.
