The NRC Picker Employee and Physician Experience Surveys are among the most utilized surveys for health care employees in Canada. The surveys provide a wealth of information on the views and experiences of people working in health care.
The results of employee and physician surveys can be used to help to improve working conditions and quality, performance and engagement practices in Ontario health care, which leads to improvements in the quality of care for patients.
