The OHA offers monthly networking sessions on disability management. In order to participate in this teleconference you must be an OHA Benefit Plan Member (in partnership with Desjardins Financial Security) who has completed the Disability Management Certification Course.
The aim of these teleconferences is to provide a follow-up to the course and to allow for the sharing of scenarios and the development of leading practices for dealing with the continuum of disability management through a medical leave of absence, return to work to own job through a temporary, transitional work program or where temporary, episodic or permanent restrictions occur exploring all return to work options through the accommodations process. You are not required to RSVP to these sessions and you do not need to worry if you miss a session because we will be taking minutes and providing these to all participants.
