Who is the Advisory Board Company?
The Advisory Board Company (www.advisory.com) is a strategic research and consulting firm serving over 2,800 North American member hospitals and health systems. The Advisory Board’s HR Investment Center offers leading human resources research, practices, implementation support, and tools.
The OHA has an agreement with the Advisory Board Company to offer the HR Investment Center services at a reduced rate. Under the OHA’s agreement, members have full access to the strategy reports and briefs, best practices, national workforce surveys, tools, monthly e-newsletter, webcast teleconferences, and access to Advisory.com. Currently, over 30 OHA members have signed up for membership through the OHA. The most popular publications utilized by OHA members include:
