The OHA’s provincial health human resources (HR) planning efforts focus on working with members in the development, planning and execution of provincial health HR strategies to address future trends and challenges in the supply, distribution and utilization of the health care workforce in Ontario.
Initiatives also include HR services, resources, and knowledge-exchange opportunities that support member organizations in implementing leading HR programs and practices to maximize workforce and organizational effectiveness.
