Hospital Employee Relations Services (HERS) conducts the following hospital salary and compensation surveys:
• Regional Salary Survey – Includes compensation data for over 180 frontline supervisory staff positions (and below)
across more than 100 Ontario Participating Hospitals.
• Mini Regional Salary Survey – This is a separate survey for Toronto area hospitals of over 130 frontline supervisory
staff positions (and below) across 25 Ontario Participating Hospitals.
• Management Salary Survey - Includes compensation data for over 70 positions at the manager and director level
across more than 100 Ontario Participating Hospitals.
• Executive Salary Survey - Includes compensation data for over 15 Executive and Senior Management positions
across more than 100 Ontario Participating Hospitals.
• Administrative Physician Compensation Survey – Includes compensation data for over 70 administrative physician
leadership positions across more than 60 Ontario Participating Hospitals
• Customized surveys can be produced upon request.
Special Research Projects:
• Create costing models to assist organizations in collective bargaining.
• Collective agreement research.
• Environmental Scan reports.
• Additional research upon request.
