Please note that only participant hospitals will be able to access the report at no charge. If you are unable to log-on, please email absencesurvey@oha.com.
Participating organizations also receive an individual benchmark report which provides respondents with useful comparison data. Copies of this report will be sent to your organization’s main survey contact. To obtain a copy of your organization’s benchmark report, email absencesurvey@oha.com.
