Toronto – For the second consecutive year, the Ontario Hospital Association (OHA) has received a Top Workplace Where Employees Thrive Award at the Your Workplace annual conference.

This award recognizes organizations that have created a dynamic and creative workplace by establishing a culture built on collaborative dialogue, trust, clear outcomes, tolerance and team work. The OHA was chosen because of the many exciting opportunities and programs it runs for its employees.

“It is an immense pleasure to be named a top workplace where employees thrive,” said Warren DiClemente, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President, Educational Services of the Ontario Hospital Association. “We are extremely proud of the hard work and dedication of all of our staff, and it is through their efforts that we are such a successful organization.”

The OHA offers employees an inspiring and creative place to work, along with exciting opportunities to make positive contributions to Ontario’s health care system.
