Toronto, ON - The Ontario Hospital Association (OHA) is pleased to announce that it has been recognized as one of “Greater Toronto’s Top Employers” for a second consecutive year.
“It is very gratifying to be named one of Greater Toronto’s Top Employers,” said OHA President and CEO Tom Closson.

The OHA prides itself in creating a work environment where employees feel their input and effort is valued and respected.

Greater Toronto’s Top Employers is an annual competition that recognizes employers that are industry leaders because they offer exceptional work environments.
The OHA was evaluated on a standard set of criteria, including: (1) physical workplace; (2) work atmosphere; (3) health, financial and family benefits; (4) vacation and time off; (5) employee communications; (6) performance management; (7) training and skills development; and (8) community involvement.
