LHIN Information Resource

The LHIN Information Resource, compiled by the OHA, provides up-to-date, single-window access to key LHIN materials on pertinent issues. Materials include annual service plans, integrated health service plans, OHA provincial summaries of LHIN priorities, Ministry-LHIN Accountability Agreements, hospital review reports, presentations, board and board committee meeting materials, news releases, and others.

The OHA realizes that as a new service, the LHIN Information Resource likely does not capture all the information available. We ask hospitals, LHINs and all others to notify us of relevant materials we missed by emailing lhinwebresource@oha.com.
