Quality Service
 
Discover that Disney’s long-standing reputation for incredible service and friendly employees is not magic, but sound ideology that you can consistently apply at your organization.
 
 
Inspiring Creativity
 
Hear the business case for creativity. Model how to put systems of collaboration in place at your organization that will bring new ideas – and thus effective products and services – to life.
