To participate in the webcast please click here and follow the registration instructions below.

For Existing Users:
In the “Existing User” section, enter your email address and password and then press “Sign In”.
Confirm your contact information then press “Continue”.
Select a registration level, confirm that you will be doing a single registration, and press “Continue”.
Review your order and press “Continue”.
Then press “Complete Registration” to process your registration.
For New Users:
In the “New User” section, enter your email address and press “Register”.
Enter your contact information, create a password for your account and then press “Continue”.
Select a registration level, confirm that you will be doing a single registration and press “Continue”.
Review your order and press “Continue”.
Then press “Complete Registration” to process your registration.
Technical Requirements for Webcast Registrants:
The only technical requirements to participate in our webcasts are a computer with high speed internet, functional computer speakers (for audio) and Microsoft SilverLight (please click here). You may need assistance from your IT department to download and install this software.

Payment Policy:
As per OHA policy, we require payment or proof of payment (ex. cheque number, PO number or a faxed copy of the cheque) one business day prior to the event in order to provide you with the connection to the webcast.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received in writing up to six business days prior to the event will be given a full refund. Cancellations received in writing between three to five business days prior to the event will be given a full refund less 50% per registration processing fee.  No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than two business days prior to the event.  Substitutions are welcome. The Ontario Hospital Association reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a event.

Access & Presentation Materials
An email will be sent to registrants one business day (before 1:00 pm) prior to the webcast which includes connection information, troubleshooting tips and presentation materials.

Registration Fee: $149 + HST
Archived Broadcast
Your registration includes six months of unlimited access to this archived broadcast. Once the archive is available, an access link will be sent to all registrants.
