For Webcast Registrants:
The only technical requirements to participate in this webcast
are a computer with high speed internet, functional computer
speakers (for audio) and Microsoft SilverLight (click here). You
may need assistance from your IT department to download and

Access and Presentation Materials
An email will be sent to all registrants one business day
prior to the webcast which includes connection information,
troubleshooting tips and presentation materials.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received in writing up to six business days prior
to the event will be given a full refund. Cancellations received
in writing between three to five business days prior to the event
will be given a full refund less 50% per registration processing
fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less
than two business days prior to the event. Substitutions are
welcome. The Ontario Hospital Association reserves the right
to cancel or reschedule a event.
