Continuing Education 

Advancing the knowledge of members and health care professionals so that they are well equipped to face today’s changing health care climate is a priority for the OHA. As such, the OHA has designed its continuing education courses as vehicles to share information about how to respond more effectively and immediately to the challenges facing an evolving health care system.

 

OHA's continuing education programs provide effective and efficient learning opportunities in a positive, relaxed manner through a wide variety of learning strategies including: lectures, group activities, discussions, self-evaluation, and two-way interaction with knowledgeable workshop leaders. In addition to classroom-based learning, the OHA offers home study courses, which enables learners to receive full credit in the Diploma program.
