November 11, 2010 – The OHA celebrated the exemplary successes of all of the great work of health care organizations and individuals in reducing the environmental impact of health care on November 8, 2010 at HealthAchieve. New this year, the Green@HealthAchieve committee introduced the Waste Management Award category.
Energy Efficiency Award – Mount Sinai Hospital
Pollution Prevention Award – Ontario Telemedicine Network
Waste Management Award – St. Michael’s Hospital
Individual Leadership Award – Randy Mehagan, Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre
Individual Leadership Honourable Mention – Nancy White, Halton Healthcare Services
Overall Leadership Award – The Ottawa Hospital
