September 14, 2010 - The OHA’s Green Hospital Champion Fund (GHCF) is pleased to release the scope of work for energy assessments and waste audits for the upcoming GHCF Audit Program.
Hospitals may use these materials to begin internal preparations for the GHCF Audit Program, which will begin accepting applications for funding at its official launch at the end of September 2010. The GHCF Audit Program will cover up to 80% of the cost for an energy assessment and/or waste audit.

The GHCF, supported by the Ontario Government through the OntarioBuys initiative, is a program that will act as a catalyst to help Ontario’s hospitals improve their environmental performance and reduce operating costs through implementation of “green” projects.
