September 30, 2010 - The OHA is pleased to announce the launch of the first phase of the program, called the GHCF Audit Program.
Through this program, hospitals can apply for financial support to cover up to 80% of the cost of a waste audit, or build on the leading incentive programs of Union Gas Limited and Enbridge Gas Distribution, to cover up to 80% of the cost of an energy assessment.
The GHCF Audit Program will use the collected data to establish a baseline of Ontario hospitals’ waste and energy performance and share best practices among the hospital community.
