Workopolis Brings New Updates to Members’ Recruitment Tools
The Ontario Hospital Association (OHA) has partnered with Workopolis since 2002 to help bring the latest recruitment tools and technology to Members. As part of this agreement, Workopolis hosts and manages HIREHealthcare.com – a website that was created by the OHA in 1999 to enhance hospitals’ recruitment efforts.
In addition, Workopolis offers a comprehensive range of services and tools to enhance the recruitment process for hospitals and to target a wider group of health care professionals. All Workopolis services are available to members at a 10 per cent discounted rate.
The OHA believes that the partnership with Workopolis has been of great assistance to members in their recruitment efforts and provides potential employees with greater exposure to OHA member organizations and direct access to job opportunities.
In an effort to continue providing OHA Members with the most up-to-date recruitment tools, Workopolis and CorporateWorks – the Workopolis program used to post and advertise jobs – will soon have its own server that will be dedicated specifically to support Member’s application. For OHA Members using CorporateWorks to recruit employees and post jobs, please note that CorporateWorks will be unavailable from 9 p.m. on Friday, June 22 to 9 a.m. on Monday June 25, 2007 (Eastern Time).
Please see the attached message from Workopolis for details on what the changes mean for you and your organization.
