The Attendees
The attendees at the Ontario Hospital Association Conferences and Seminars are the most qualified evaluators of your services and products. Why? Not only do they utilize your products and services, but they also play key roles in product purchase decision-making processes. Conference attendees have come to rely on the OHA Conferences and Seminars for education about new and emerging market trends and products to benefit their organization and professional development.

Deadlines & Sponsorship Policies
Sponsorships are accepted on a first-come first-served basis. Sponsorship requests must be in written form with application and payment in full. Requests and payment must be received by OHA no later than three (3) weeks prior to the start of the conference.

In order to receive all of the entitlements listed, sponsors must provide the appropriate materials (electronic copy of their corporate logo, a fifty-word corporate statement and web site address if applicable). If this information is not received three (3) weeks prior to the conference, sponsors waive their rights to those missed benefits. The OHA is under no obligation to issue reminders.

Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations are subject to a $250.00 administration fee plus a fee for any publishing costs incurred. No refund of payment will be made after the three (3) week deadline date.
Signature of the attached sponsorship application form indicates acceptance of these guidelines.

The OHA reserves the right to determine the appropriateness of sponsorship. All sponsor contributions are voluntary. Acceptance of sponsorship does not imply endorsement of sponsors' products or services in any way.

Sponsors will honour the educational focus of the conference. Any business activity of an exhibiting sponsor is restricted to the exhibit area. Solicitation of business in educational sessions is prohibited.

Requests for sponsorships must be made in written form with application, payment in full, electronic copy of your logo and supporting documentation (i.e. 50 word statement).

Sponsorship Packages & Entitlements
Silver Sponsor

  • Appreciation for your company's sponsorship will be announced by the Chair of session, thanking your Company for sponsoring the event.
  • The conference Agenda will identify your company as a sponsor, display your logo and include a fifty-word statement describing your company.
  • Introductory PowerPoint presentation on site.
  • As a sponsor, one representative from your organization is entitled to attend the sponsored conference.


Gold Sponsor

  • Appreciation for your company's sponsorship will be announced by the Chair of session, thanking your Company for sponsoring the event.
  • The conference Agenda will identify your company as a sponsor, display your logo and include a fifty-word statement describing your company.
  • As a sponsor, your corporation will be listed on the OHA Web Site as the conference sponsor with a link to your company’s web site.
  • Your organization will be invited to distribute marketing material at the conference.
  • Introductory PowerPoint presentation on site.
  • As a sponsor, one representative from your organization is entitled to attend the sponsored conference. Additional representatives may attend at half cost of the member’s registration fee.


Platinum Sponsor

  • Your company’s representative will be provided with two (2) minutes to bring greetings.
  • Appreciation for your company's sponsorship will be announced by the Chair of session, thanking your Company for sponsoring the event.
  • The conference Agenda will identify your company as a sponsor, display your logo and include a fifty-word statement describing your company.
  • As a sponsor, your corporation will be listed on the OHA Web Site as the conference sponsor with a link to the to your company’s web site.
  • Your organization will be invited to distribute marketing material at the conference.
  • Introductory PowerPoint presentation on site.
  • As a sponsor, two representatives from your organization are entitled to attend the sponsored conference. Additional representatives may attend at half cost of the member’s registration fee.


Diamond Sponsor

  • Entitlements as listed under Platinum Sponsor plus:
  • Your organization will have exclusive sponsorship of the OHA Conference.
  • Introductory PowerPoint presentation on site.
  • As a sponsor, three representatives from your organization are entitled to attend the sponsored conference. Additional representatives may attend at half cost of the member’s registration fee.
