OHA Pre-Budget Speaking Tour
As part of its pre-Budget advocacy campaign, the OHA is organizing a multi-city speaking tour featuring OHA President Hilary Short.
The object of the tour is to increase public and media awareness of the challenges that hospitals face in the coming fiscal year - specifically, hospitals’ need for adequate, predictable operating funding, and the importance of addressing hospitals’ negative working capital deficits.
The tour will begin with a speech to the Economic Club of Toronto on March 1. A flyer with event details and ticket information is under Related Links on the side of this page. We encourage Members to attend this speech if they are able.
