OHA Governance Leadership Council

The Governance Leadership Council is a 13 member panel that provides external expert advice and counsel to the OHA Board of Directors on strategies required to ensure successful implementation of OHA’s governance program under the auspices of the Governance Centre of Excellence.

The members of the Governance Leadership Council are appointed annually by the OHA Board of Directors.

The composition of the Council reflects a balance of perspectives among academics, practitioners and advisers in corporate and not-for-profit governance.
