• Governance lead for creation of 14 new Ontario Community Care Access Centres (CCACs) and design and facilitation of regional workshops on Building Effective CCAC Governance Teams.
• Design and facilitation of Board orientation and frequent speaker on “Critical Elements for Effective Governance” and “Building Effective Working Relationships between LHIN and Health Service Provider Boards”
