Hospital 2005/06 Accountability Agreements: JPPC Regional Education Sessions

The OHA and hospitals have been collaborating with the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, through the JPPC, in developing a Policy Statement and Accountability Agreement template for 2005/06 and subsequent years. The JPPC is currently finalizing the template agreement which will be sent to hospitals prior to the sessions.
These sessions will be critical to the new Hospital Accountability Agreements and the government’s approach to planning, negotiation, performance management and funding. The sessions are free and Hospital CEOs, CFOs and Trustees are encouraged to attend (up to a maximum of three representatives per hospital corporation).

Sessions are organized by Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) region. Registrants are strongly encouraged to attend the session to which their LHIN has been assigned. To find out which LHIN your hospital belongs to, please visit the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care website at http://www.health.gov.on.ca. Space is limited and participants are asked to register by May 31, 2005.
