Complex Continuing Care and Rehabilitation

The Complex Continuing Care and Rehabilitation Provincial Leadership Council was established in March 2005 with a mandate to advise OHA on issues affecting complex continuing care and rehabilitation in Ontario. The Council will communicate to OHA Advocacy Committee, Board, Government and other stakeholders on issues impacting complex continuing care and rehabilitation and will provide a forum for shared communication and education.

Membership of the Council consists of CEO representatives from specialty complex continuing care and rehabilitation hospitals and acute hospitals with complex continuing care and rehabilitation beds/services.
