Chrysalis Group is led by Janet Hardy who is a certified board director, having completed the Directors Education Program at Rotman. Janet is also a Certified Executive Coach who can facilitate difficult discussions. Janet has a MBA from the Ivey School of Business and teaches a graduate level course on compensation and performance management at the University of Toronto. Janet has been consulting for 20 years, having begun her career in compensation and performance management at Towers Perrin in 1988 and started the Chrysalis Group10 years ago.
